Last updated: 15 May 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the AAAIBiz website, VoiceReportAI platform, or MyBizMobi services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platforms or services.

2. Services

AAAIBiz provides AI assessment and governance services. VoiceReportAI provides voice-to-text reporting. MyBizMobi provides web design, rebuilds, and hosting. Each engagement is governed by a service-specific agreement or statement of work where applicable.

3. Free Assessments

The AI Enquiry & Fit Check and AI Opportunity Assessment are currently offered free of charge. These are introductory services to help determine whether a deeper engagement is appropriate. We reserve the right to limit the scope of free assessments or withdraw this offer at any time.

4. Paid Services & Payment Methods

Paid services (Governance & Implementation Assessment, Governance Readiness Review, custom builds, VoiceReportAI credits, hosting packages) are invoiced prior to commencement unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are specified on each invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Accepted payment methods: Credit card via Stripe Checkout (all major cards), PayID (instant bank transfer to ABN 56 747 625 708), or direct bank deposit to account 033-636 404757 (MBM Business). We do not accept PayPal or cryptocurrency. Full payment instructions are available at aaaibiz.com/payment.

Payments are processed via the New Payments Platform (OSKO) and typically settle within seconds to 2 hours. Service commencement is effective from the date of payment confirmation.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during assessments and to cooperate in good faith. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals within your organisation before engaging our services.

6. Intellectual Property

Deliverables produced specifically for you (assessments, reports, custom-built websites) are your property. Our methodologies, frameworks, and platform code remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided to assist with decision-making, not to replace professional advice in legal, financial, or compliance matters. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or recommendations.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
